Because Empire Esthetics is by appointment only, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and I ask that you please review my booking, cancellation, and late fee policy.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to treatment to allow time for yourself to fill out any forms that may be needed for your service that day.
If you are running late please call or text to inform me. If you are 10-15 minutes late there may be a $15 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I no longer have time to perform your service your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a late fee of 50% of your appointment total will be charged.
A Credit Card is required at the time of booking . Certain services may require a deposit and that deposit will be applied to your total service cost.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24-hours notice. Failure to cancel before 24-hours notice will result in a 50% charge. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call 603-499-0010. If I do not answer, please leave your information on my voicemail or send an e-mail.
"No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave me with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in but could have made it. Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations- There will be a charge of 100% of total. Charges will be made to credit card on file, added to next service or billed by email.
Repeated offenses of this cancellation policy will lead to having to put a deposit on your next appointment before booking.
